We’re the satire of a fine dining.
A restaurant where we care a lot about haute cuisine, but little about good manners.
We want you to feel comfortable destroying our plates, interacting with food, licking your fingers, and slip the bread onto the plate. A place where we want to make you feel comfortable and free to eat as you wish.
Antifine shows that elegance and bad eating manners can sit at the same table.

In our menu you will find very familiar dishes, which are reinterpreted under new flavors, techniques and ingredients that the chef has adopted throughout his training and expresses them under a personal vision.

ALFREDO GONZÁLEZ
After graduating from ICC, he began his training as a chef at Cosme NY, went through restaurant kitchens such as Aponiente, in Spain; Mexique in Chicago; Pujol and finished his first journey as chef at Quintonil in CDMX.
Although trained in haute cuisine restaurants, he decides to break with the formalism and seriousness of fine dining to offer a more relaxed and fresh version of this concept. Thus was born the project El Antifine, which is nothing more than a subtle satire on his conception about fine dining.

In the bowels of Antifine 1985, a discreet bar that is an open secret for our visitors, where the atmosphere revolves around good music, characteristic drinks and a horny atmosphere: an ideal place to start the pre-drinking... or to continue the party after dinner in our room.
